Candidate Recruitment
We don’t treat candidates like inventory. Finding a new place to work is a highly personal process, and we treat potential candidates with the respect their experience and professionalism deserves. We use an attraction-based approach with our tailored job descriptions to identify people who are excited about the opportunities presented to them.
Professional Candidate Vetting
Once we’ve identified a talent pool for a specific position, we’ll administer a series of tests to determine the top candidates to recommend to the organization. We start with a set of pre-interview questions that are emailed to the qualified applicants. For those applicants who are responsive with good answers, we then do a series of assessments are customized to each opportunity and help us and our clients hone in on the best people to interview for each position.
Attention to Detail
A candidate’s ability to notice details and find mistakes is often crucial to their success at a job. When we work with a client, we often sit down and understand the day-to-day duties for a particular position and where someone could make inadvertent mistakes. We will then develop attention-to-detail assessments that are customized for these tasks.
Technical Assessments
We always verify an applicant’s ability with those technical skills that are important for a job. These technical assessments are done live with each candidate via Zoom. Some of our most popular skills-based assessments are for Microsoft Excel and Word, and we tailor them to the skill level that is required for the position.
Remote-Only Positions
Although our company is based in Tallahassee, FL, we have been able to source applicants nationwide for those client who are open to a remote-only workforce. We know how to adjust the job postings to reach a wider audience who are looking for such remote-only opportunities.
