At his last company, he was a corporate recruiter for 9 years. During that time, he constantly evolved and optimized the recruiting processes to get the best-fit candidates for each open position. The company grew in size from 15 employees to more than 65, and he was involved with recruiting more than 75% of the people during his tenure there.
Lester’s ability to identify the potential in both businesses and professionals helps him build powerful connections between the two, helping companies find the ideal solutions for their recruiting needs. Susannah is a Tallahassee native who built her skill set by providing high-level administrative support across a wide variety of industries including: state and federal government, non-profit organizations, a super-regional accounting firm, and locally-owned businesses.
